Janet and Vinny were absolutely integral in not just the sale of our old house, but the purchase of our new house. They advised on ways to spruce up our 135-year-old fixer-upper - from recommending specific vendors to how to stage the inside of the house - which helped us sell our house for $30k over asking price. Additionally, they both walked many homes with us and helped with negotiations on the house we eventually settled on, standing strong and helping us acquire the house for $15k under the asking price. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better team to represent my wife and I. 10/10 would highly recommend!
