Jodie Carlson was a truly amazing realtor. She was with us for our 6-month long search during the toughest real estate market in history and we are so grateful she was by our side through it all. Most importantly, Jodie was incredibly reliable, communicative, easy to work with, and prompt when it came to scheduling tours, discussing concerns/questions for potential homes, and making SO many offers, sometimes with less than a 2 hour turn around. I can't begin to count the number of times my husband and I changed our search criteria as the months passed as we began to grow weary. Janet and Vinny were absolutely integral in not just the sale of our old house, but the purchase of our new house. They advised on ways to spruce up our 135 year-old fixer upper - from recommending specific vendors to how to stage the inside of the house - which helped us sell our house for $30k over asking price. Additionally, they both walked many homes with us and helped with negotiations on the house we eventually settled on, standing strong and helping us acquire the house for $15k under asking price. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better team to represent my wife and I. 10/10 would highly recommend!
